Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: October 20, 2026

Welcome to Bloom Society. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of bloomsocietypnw.com and your interactions with Bloom Society, LLC (“Bloom Society,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through this website.

By accessing or using this website, submitting information through the website, registering for an event, or purchasing an event ticket, you agree to these Terms as applicable to your interaction with Bloom Society.

Please read them carefully.

1. About Bloom Society

Bloom Society is a women's Sisterhood centered around genuine connection, meaningful friendships and business relationships, personal and professional support, and opportunities for women to grow together.

2. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful, personal, and legitimate business purposes related to learning about or interacting with Bloom Society.

You agree not to:

  • use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes;

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, accounts, systems, or information;

  • interfere with the operation or security of the website;

  • use automated systems to scrape, harvest, copy, or collect website content or information without permission;

  • impersonate Bloom Society, its leadership, representatives, members, or partners; or

  • use Bloom Society’s website, name, content, or community in a way that falsely suggests an affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or authorization.

We may restrict or terminate access to the website when reasonably necessary to protect Bloom Society, our community, our website, or others.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the content appearing on this website—including Bloom Society’s name, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, written content, designs, materials, and other original content—is owned by or licensed to Bloom Society and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and share links to publicly available Bloom Society content for personal, noncommercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, republish, commercially exploit, or represent Bloom Society content as your own without prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or a license to use Bloom Society’s trademarks, branding, logos, or other intellectual property except with our express permission.

4. Chapter Opportunities & Applications

Bloom Society may offer opportunities for individuals to apply to establish and lead a Bloom Society chapter in their community.

Submitting a chapter application does not guarantee acceptance, approval, appointment, or authorization to establish or operate a Bloom Society chapter.

Bloom Society reserves the right to review applications, request additional information, conduct interviews, and evaluate prospective Chapter Directors and chapter locations based on the organization's mission, values, standards, and operational needs, subject to applicable law.

Submitting an application does not establish an employment, independent contractor, partnership, agency, or other business relationship with Bloom Society.

Applicants may not represent themselves as authorized Bloom Society Chapter Directors or use Bloom Society's name, logos, branding, or proprietary materials to establish or promote a chapter without prior written authorization.

Any approved chapter relationship will be subject to a separate written agreement outlining the applicable rights, responsibilities, and requirements, along with any disclosures required by law.

5. Events & Gatherings

Bloom Society may offer meetings, Sister Socials, workshops, collaborative experiences, special events or other gatherings.

Event details—including dates, locations, capacity, eligibility, pricing, registration requirements, and applicable policies—may vary from event to event.

Registration for one event does not guarantee admission to another event, create a Bloom Society membership of any kind, or guarantee future access to Bloom Society activities.

Certain gatherings may be limited to Bloom Society members, invited guests, registrants, or other designated participants.

Bloom Society reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event details, including the date, time, location, format, activities, speakers, facilitators, partners, or other elements when circumstances require.

6. Event Registration and Payment

Some Bloom Society events may require advance registration, payment, or both.

When registering for an event, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

For paid events, payment may be processed by Wix or another third-party payment provider. Payment processing may also be subject to that provider's own terms and privacy practices.

Registration is not considered complete until any required registration process and payment have been successfully completed.

Prices, ticket availability, registration deadlines, and capacity may vary by event.

7. Event Cancellations and Refunds

Because Bloom Society events may involve different venues, facilitators, partners, vendors, or third-party providers, refund, cancellation, transfer, and rescheduling policies may vary by event.

The policy presented with a particular event listing or during registration controls for that event.

By registering or purchasing admission, you agree to the cancellation and refund terms disclosed for that specific event.

If a third-party provider or partner establishes a cancellation or refund policy applicable to an event, Bloom Society may be required to follow that policy.

Bloom Society may also cancel, postpone, relocate, or modify an event when reasonably necessary. Any refund, credit, transfer, or other remedy available in that situation will be determined according to the policy applicable to that event and the circumstances involved.

8. Guest Attendance at Bloom Society Sisterhood Meetings

Attending a Bloom Society meeting as a guest is an opportunity to experience the Sisterhood but does not create membership in the Bloom Society Sisterhood Membership Program.

Guests may be required to register in advance and agree to additional Guest Meeting Terms before attending.

Guests are expected to contribute to the respectful, welcoming, and positive environment Bloom Society works to cultivate.

Bloom Society reserves the right to refuse admission or ask an attendee to leave when reasonably necessary because of disruptive, threatening, harassing, unsafe, inappropriate, or substantially disrespectful conduct; violation of Bloom Society or venue policies; or conduct that materially interferes with the gathering or experience of others.

9. Community Conduct

Bloom Society values connection, kindness, respect, boundaries, collaboration, and personal accountability.

Participation in a Bloom Society gathering does not require every woman to share the same opinions, experiences, personality, beliefs, lifestyle, or perspective. It does require attendees to interact with one another respectfully.

Harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, discriminatory conduct, aggressive behavior, repeated boundary violations, or conduct that creates an unsafe or substantially disruptive environment may result in removal from an event or restrictions on future participation.

Bloom Society reserves reasonable discretion to address conduct concerns in a manner appropriate to the circumstances.

10. Networking, Business Relationships and Solicitation

Bloom Society encourages authentic professional connection, collaboration, referrals, and meaningful business relationships.

Participation in Bloom Society does not, however, provide unrestricted access to members or guests for marketing or solicitation.

Unless specifically authorized by Bloom Society or invited by the individual involved, attendees may not use Bloom gatherings primarily for aggressive sales activity, mass solicitation, recruitment, distribution of promotional materials, or collection of attendee information for marketing purposes.

Contact information or personal information obtained through a Bloom Society interaction should not be added to marketing lists or used for unsolicited commercial communications without the individual's permission.

11. Photography, Video and Event Media

Photography, video recording, and other media capture may occur at Bloom Society meetings, events, gatherings, and activities.

Bloom Society may use event photographs, video, audio, or other recordings for legitimate organizational and promotional purposes, including Bloom Society's website, social media, digital communications, advertising, marketing, promotional materials, and documentation of Bloom Society activities.

Guests may be required to agree to a separate Photo & Video Release during registration before attending a Bloom Society meeting or  event.

Where such a release is required, attendance is conditioned upon agreement to that release.

Because photography and video are part of how Bloom Society documents and shares the Sisterhood experience, Bloom Society cannot guarantee that an attendee will be excluded from event photography or recordings.

12. Attendee Photography and Privacy

Bloom Society's authorization to photograph or record an event does not give attendees unrestricted permission to commercially exploit, record, or distribute the image, personal information, conversations, or stories of other attendees.

Attendees are expected to respect one another's privacy and boundaries.

Personal stories, private information, contact information, or sensitive information shared by another attendee should not be publicly shared, published, or used for commercial purposes without that person's permission.

13. Food, Allergies and Dietary Needs

Food and beverages may be available at certain Bloom Society meetings or events and may be prepared or provided by Bloom Society, members, venues, caterers, partners, vendors, or other third parties.

Bloom Society cannot guarantee that food or beverages are free from allergens, cross-contact, or particular ingredients.

Attendees are responsible for determining whether food or beverages are appropriate for their individual allergies, sensitivities, dietary restrictions, or other needs and should ask the applicable food provider when additional ingredient information is needed.

14. Personal Belongings and Participation

Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings while participating in Bloom Society meetings and events.

Bloom Society is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal property except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Participation in activities is voluntary. Certain events or activities may require an additional waiver, release, acknowledgement, or safety agreement depending on the nature of the activity.

15. Third-Party Services, Venues and Partners

Bloom Society may collaborate with venues, businesses, facilitators, speakers, service providers, community partners, or other third parties.

References to or collaboration with a third party do not necessarily mean Bloom Society controls, owns or is responsible for that third party's operations, products, services, policies, conduct, or website.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms, policies, waivers, or privacy practices.

16. Links to Third-Party Websites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, social media accounts, services or resources.

Bloom Society does not control those third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms.

Following a third-party link is at your discretion and may subject you to that third party's terms and policies.

17. Information and Website Availability

We work to keep information on the Bloom Society website useful and current, but we do not guarantee that every piece of website content will always be complete, error-free, or immediately updated.

Event details, offerings, partnerships, membership information, website features, and other content may change.

We may modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue portions of the website or its functionality when reasonably necessary.

18. Disclaimer

Bloom Society provides this website and its content for general information and organizational purposes.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, information provided through Bloom Society is not intended to constitute legal, medical, financial, mental-health, or other professional advice.

Individual experiences within a community naturally vary, and Bloom Society does not guarantee particular friendships, business opportunities, referrals, collaborations, personal outcomes, professional results, or other specific results from participation.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bloom Society, LLC and its officers, leaders, representatives, volunteers, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of this website or participation in Bloom Society offerings.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

20. Membership and Other Agreements

These Website Terms are separate from any Bloom Society Membership Agreement, Chapter Director Agreement, Partnership Agreement, event-specific policy, waiver, release, or other written agreement.

If you enter another agreement with Bloom Society, that agreement may contain additional or different terms governing that particular relationship.

If a specific written agreement conflicts with these general Website Terms regarding the subject matter covered by that agreement, the more specific agreement will control for that subject matter.

21. Privacy

Your use of this website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how Bloom Society collects, uses, and handles personal information.

22. Changes to These Terms

Bloom Society may update these Terms from time to time as our website, activities, offerings, or business practices evolve.

When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.

Your continued use of the website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
